It’s fun shooting Fluevog. This was my second trip in two years to the great John Fluevog retail store on Whyte Ave, Edmonton. I describe the Fluevog catalogue using many terms, but it can be summarized as art you wear on your feet. These are definitely ‘just because’ shoes. This is special footwear, gorgeous, unique and ultimately very comfortable – for those who can afford them. These are vegan, largely sustainably sourced, and not made in labour camps or prisons.
